Contact us
Include your device model, operating system, app version and what happened. Do not send verification codes, passwords or complete payment details. Fictional examples can replace personal notes.
Getting started and keeping records
Add a task from Today or the Inbox, then choose its date, time, duration and repeats. Choose your capacity for today and start with one thing. Completed tasks contribute to your room; there is no penalty for taking a rest day.
Basic records are saved on your device. Connect your email in Settings for account synchronization. If an authentication email is missing, check the address and spam folder, then request another code after the app's waiting period. Codes last 10 minutes. Offline changes are saved and sync resumes when you reconnect. Export and import also let you manage records in JSON files.
Plus and themes
Plus includes replanning, calendar import, detailed weekly insights and every theme. Alongside the two included themes, 13 other animal and room themes can each be purchased once. Separately purchased themes remain available after a subscription ends, except when refunded or revoked.
If purchased access is missing, use the Donurim email and store account associated with the purchase, then choose Restore purchases in Settings. Pending transactions apply after store approval. Cancel subscriptions through Apple subscription management or Google Play subscription management. Deleting the app or account does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Calendar, reminders and widgets
Calendar import copies the next seven days of device events into fixed tasks. It does not modify the source calendar or provide continuous two-way calendar synchronization. All-day events appear without a start time. Imported tasks are included in account synchronization.
Enable reminders in Settings and choose your preferred morning and evening times. While signed in, you can turn weekly reflections on or off. Weekly messages use the server and push services and require an internet connection. Device permissions, Focus modes and power settings can affect delivery. Focus sessions retain an end time, and the remaining time is recalculated when you return.
Add Donurim from your home screen's widget picker to see your next task or daily flow. Supported sizes, actions and refresh timing vary by operating system. Manage visibility of task titles on your lock screen in device settings.
Account and data deletion
Choose Delete account in app Settings and verify the deletion code sent to your email. This removes the account and cloud records. If you cannot access the app, use the email request option on our Account and data deletion page. Review its deletion scope and retention details.
