These terms govern Donurim provided by IBRDOS Inc. ((주)아이비알도스, the “Company”). Contact dev@ibrdos.com for assistance.
1. Using the service
Donurim is a daily planner for tasks, routines, focus sessions and daily records, with a forest companion's room to decorate. Basic plans can be stored on your device without registration. Connecting an email account enables synchronization and purchase verification. Use an email address you control and keep authentication codes private.
Replanning proposes a schedule using fixed commitments, the time you enter and task priorities. You can review conflicts and input mistakes; a proposed plan does not change your source calendar. Focus timers, reminders and widget updates can be affected by operating-system permissions, power management and network settings. Donurim is not a medical device, diagnostic or treatment service, or an emergency-alert service.
2. Included features and paid products
Forest morning and Milk journal are included themes. The other 13 themes are separate, one-time non-consumable purchases and are also available while you subscribe to Plus. During an active subscription, Plus provides replanning, calendar import, detailed weekly insights and all themes.
Purchases use Apple App Store or Google Play billing. The relevant store confirmation screen shows the price, currency, tax treatment and billing period. Access is granted after a valid store purchase is verified. Pending approval, verification failures or network delays may delay access. Restore purchases in Settings using the same store account and Donurim email account associated with the purchase. A purchase cannot be duplicated or transferred to another Donurim account through restoration.
3. Renewals, cancellation and theme ownership
Monthly and yearly Plus products are auto-renewing subscriptions. Unless cancelled in the relevant store's subscription settings before renewal, the next billing period begins automatically. Cancellation normally preserves access until the paid period ends, subject to a refund, revocation or other store decision. Uninstalling Donurim or deleting its account does not cancel a store subscription.
Themes purchased separately remain available after a subscription ends. This means access to the purchased theme without recurring payment; it does not guarantee indefinite operation of the service or compatibility with every device and platform. Access may end following a refund, revocation or verified fraudulent purchase. A theme accessed only through Plus may switch to an included theme after expiry. Plans and completion records are retained.
Refund and withdrawal requests follow the purchase store's procedures and applicable law. These terms do not exclude statutory consumer rights. Contact support for purchase-verification assistance without sending sensitive payment credentials.
4. Your records and responsible use
You retain rights to your plans and notes. The Company processes them only as needed to provide features, synchronization and support. Do not submit unlawful material, infringe another person's rights, share authentication secrets or attack or misuse the service.
Exported files are stored at your chosen destination; keep important records appropriately. Synchronization can be delayed by connection and device conditions. Account deletion requires identity verification. Its scope is described in the Privacy Policy and deletion guidance.
5. Advertising, external services and intellectual property
The app includes banner advertising. Completing plans, syncing an account and receiving purchased access do not require tapping or watching an ad. Advertising processing and privacy choices are described in the Privacy Policy. Stores, operating systems, external websites and sharing apps have their own terms.
Rights to the software, brand, character, themes and other Company-provided assets belong to the Company or their respective rights holders. Purchasing provides a right to use content within the app, not a transfer of copyrights, trademarks or rights to resell the assets elsewhere. Rights granted by law and individual open-source licenses remain unaffected.
6. Changes, discontinuation, liability and contact
Features may change for security, operational or legal reasons. Material changes or discontinuation affecting paid service will be announced in advance and handled under applicable law and store procedures. Material terms changes will be announced in the app or support pages before they take effect, with additional consent where required.
The Company remains responsible as required by applicable law. These terms do not improperly exclude liability for intent or gross negligence or mandatory consumer protections. Contact dev@ibrdos.com to discuss a dispute. Unresolved disputes follow applicable law and jurisdictional procedures.
