Teumbak is an interval timer for alternating work and rest. No account is required; presets, completed-session history and preferences stay in device storage.

I cannot hear the timer

Check Teumbak's sound preference, media volume and connected headphones or speakers, then run a short timer. Calls, audio-route changes, power settings or app termination can affect signals. With sound disabled, the timer pauses when the app moves to the background. Include your device and operating-system version if you report the issue.

I want to erase my records

Choose data reset in settings and confirm. User presets and completed-session history are deleted and cannot be recovered. Default presets and preferences are recreated, keeping your selected language. History keeps the latest 500 sessions. Manage operating-system backup copies separately in the relevant provider's settings. We cannot remotely inspect, erase or restore workout history on your device.

I want to delete my account

Teumbak has no registration account. Erase device data as described above. Email dev@ibrdos.com to request deletion of support correspondence you sent us. Manage advertising information held by Google using Google's privacy controls.

I want a file copy of my records

Choose Export my data in settings to save or share presets, history and preferences as a JSON file. Check the recipient and storage destination before sharing. Resetting the app does not delete exported copies. Importing a JSON file back into the app is not supported.

I want to change advertising choices

You can reopen Advertising privacy choices in settings after ending your workout, where those choices are required for your region. Changing a choice does not prevent use of the timer.

I want to report a problem

Include your app version, device model, operating-system version and steps to reproduce the issue in your email. Check screenshots for personal information before attaching them. We do not need passwords or sensitive health information.
