Start a daily budget

1. Enter a start date, next payday, currency and available budget. The next payday is excluded from this period.
2. Add planned expenses for the period. Unpaid planned amounts are set aside first.
3. Record ordinary spending with an amount, date and category: Food, Café, Transport, Shopping, Home or Other.
4. When a planned expense occurs, record it as paid with the actual amount and date. This changes a record; it does not execute a bank payment or money transfer.
5. Check today’s remaining spending amount and the period balance. Records are saved automatically on your device.

What the amounts mean

The period balance is the starting budget minus all actual expenses. The available balance also subtracts unpaid planned expenses.

Today’s allocation subtracts ordinary expenses dated on days other than today, all unpaid planned amounts and all actual expenses linked to planned items from the starting budget, then divides the remainder by the remaining dates including today. Today’s remaining amount subtracts today’s ordinary spending from that allocation. Paid planned expenses are shown separately and are not deducted twice.

Daily allocations round down to the currency’s smallest unit. Negative balances remain negative. Today’s allocation is not calculated before a period starts or after it ends. There is no next-day allocation on the last day. These are calculations from your entries, not bank balances or financial advice.

Currencies, dates and limits

A starting budget may be zero; expense and planned amounts must be positive. New expenses and changes to an expense date must fall within the period and cannot be after today. Existing dates stay unchanged when your time zone changes, and all actual expenses count toward the remaining balance. Planned expenses may use future dates within the period. Passing a planned date does not automatically mark it paid. A period’s currency cannot change while it contains expenses or planned items.

Deleting an actual expense linked to a planned item makes that item unpaid again. Deleting only a paid planned item keeps its actual expense as ordinary spending. Deleting a period also deletes its expenses and planned items.

Back up and restore

Export JSON from Settings to save all periods, expenses, planned items, notes, language and appearance settings in one file. It is plain text with no separate password or encryption. Choose a storage location through the sharing interface.

Selecting a Sseulon backup and confirming restore replaces all current app data; it does not merge records. Invalid or oversized files do not replace current records. There is no Company server recovery after uninstalling the app. Android system automatic backup is disabled; iOS may include data in system backups according to your settings.

Language, advertising and support

Choose device language, Korean, English, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Indonesian, Hindi, Japanese, German or French, and device appearance, light or dark mode. Budget entry and viewing work without internet access. Advertising and external services you choose may use a connection.

Where applicable, advertising privacy in Settings opens the privacy choices again. Budgeting remains available when an ad cannot be shown or a privacy choice is declined.
