Create your schedule
- Customize Day, Evening, Night and Off shift types with labels, codes, colors and times that match your schedule.
- Select a date in the monthly calendar and enter its shift type and note. Use quick entry for consecutive dates.
- For recurring shifts, define a pattern and date range. Review changes affecting existing assignments before applying them.
- Check today's shift, upcoming work, the next day off and monthly counts in the summary.
- Share the selected month as an image or text. Images exclude notes. You can choose whether text includes notes; the default is off.
Dates and times
An assignment belongs to the date on which a shift starts. An end time earlier than or equal to the start time means the shift ends the next day. For example, 21:00–07:00 ends at 7 a.m. the following day.
Current status and upcoming shifts use your device's local time zone. After travel or a time-zone change, time-dependent information follows the new time zone while assigned calendar dates remain unchanged. An unassigned date is different from a day off. Assign an Off type to record a day off.
Monthly summaries count the dates you enter. Nalbeon does not verify attendance, calculate wages or allowances, or retrieve an employer's official schedule. Notifications, widgets, team synchronization and external calendar integration are not provided.

Resetting all records removes date assignments, notes and custom shift types and restores the default types. Language and appearance preferences remain unchanged. The monthly image is one page including the complete shift-type legend and excludes notes.
Backups and restore
Export a JSON backup from Settings to save shift types and every date assignment and note in one file. Language and appearance preferences are excluded. The file is plain text, includes notes and is not protected by a password or additional encryption.
Select a Nalbeon backup in Restore and confirm to replace all current shift records and types with its contents. Records are not merged. Invalid files and files exceeding app limits do not replace current records. You can export the current records before replacing them.
Choose a destination in the operating system's share sheet to retain shared material. The app does not request photo-saving permission. Android automatic app backup is disabled; iOS system backups follow device settings. The Company cannot recover records from a server after uninstallation.
Settings and troubleshooting
Choose device language or Korean, English, Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Indonesian, Hindi, Japanese, German or French, and device appearance, light or dark. Shift records work offline. Ads and external sharing services may use a network connection.
If an image exceeds your device's processing capability or the receiving app reduces its resolution, share the same month's information as text. Use a JSON backup to retain all records.
Advertising privacy choices are available in Settings and can be reopened where required for your region. Missing ads or declining a privacy choice does not prevent schedule use.
