Privacy policy

IBRDOS Co., Ltd. ((주)아이비알도스, the “Company”) handles information in Nalbeon as described below. Contact dev@ibrdos.com for privacy or service inquiries.

1. Shift information stored on your device

Nalbeon uses shift-type labels, codes, colors, start and end times, off-day status, date assignments and notes to display your personal schedule. Shift records and language and appearance preferences are stored on your device. Date-dependent information, such as today's and upcoming shifts, uses your device's local time zone. The app does not access GPS location.

There is no registration, Company server synchronization, custom analytics or custom crash reporting. The Company does not collect shift records on a server or attach them to advertising requests. Nalbeon does not connect to employer accounts, team accounts or an official workplace scheduling system.

2. Sharing, backups and restore

You can share the selected month's schedule as an image or text. Shared information includes dates, shift types and times. Monthly images exclude notes. Text includes notes only when you select that option. JSON backups contain all date assignments, notes and shift types. Backups are plain text; the app applies no separate password or encryption.

The operating system's share sheet sends the selected content to the app, file location or service you choose. Copies stored or sent through another service are subject to that provider's privacy practices. They are not automatically sent to the Company.

Restore reads a file you select through the system file picker. After validating its format, contents and size and obtaining confirmation, it replaces all current shift records and types with the backup. It does not merge records. Language and appearance preferences are managed separately from shift backups. Cloud downloads initiated in the file picker are provided by the service you select.

The app keeps temporary JSON and PNG copies in its cache for sharing. During cleanup, it removes copies older than 24 hours; the operating system may remove them earlier. Cached copies made to read an imported file are deleted after reading. Use a destination selected in the share sheet for long-term storage. Original backup files and exported copies remain in their respective locations.

3. Retention and deletion

Shift information remains on your device until you delete individual date assignments or all records. Restoring a backup replaces the current records. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data through the operating system also affects local storage. Deleting records in the app does not delete images, text, JSON files or copies already exported to external services.

Android automatic app backup is disabled. On iOS, system settings may include app data in device backups or device transfers. This is not an app-provided automatic iCloud synchronization feature and is subject to Apple's settings and terms. The Company provides no separate server backup or account-based recovery.

4. Advertising and privacy choices

Nalbeon displays a Google AdMob banner below the shift summary using the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Viewing or clicking an ad is not required to create, view or share a schedule.

Advertising services may use IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, ad impressions and responses, app interactions, diagnostics, performance information and app- or device-related identifiers for ad delivery and measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. Shift types, dates, notes and backup files are not included in advertising requests.

The app requests non-personalized ads. On iOS, it checks Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) system permission before loading Google UMP or the advertising SDK or requesting ads. With permission, Google advertising services may process device and advertising information to deliver ads and measure their effectiveness. If permission is denied, restricted or unavailable, no ads are requested and the app’s core features remain available. Permission is checked again when returning from system settings. The Android AD_ID permission is removed. Android 13 and later restrict advertising-ID access without this permission; on Android 12L and earlier, advertising-ID processing may depend on operating-system and Google services settings. Non-personalized advertising does not eliminate all advertising SDK data processing after authorization.

Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) privacy choices may appear depending on your region and applicable requirements. Where applicable, you can revisit or change your choices through advertising privacy in Settings. No ad request is made when the consent status does not permit one; schedule features remain available.

The advertising SDK sends relevant information to Google services and information may be processed outside your country. Processing and deletion are described in the Google Privacy Policy and information about apps using Google services. Uninstalling the app does not delete advertising information already transmitted.

5. Support and external pages

When you email dev@ibrdos.com, the Company uses your sender email address, message, attachments you choose to provide and replies to handle your inquiry. Shift records or backups are not automatically attached. You can use examples instead of real employer names, colleagues' names or work details.

Inquiry information is deleted when its support purpose ends. Information subject to a legal retention requirement is retained under that requirement. Uninstalling the app does not delete emails already sent. Policies and support documents can be read in the app. Opening external links, visiting the website or sending email involves communication governed by the relevant website, browser or email provider's terms.

6. Permissions and safeguards

Restore uses the system file picker and sharing uses the system share sheet. The app does not request access to your photo library, contacts, camera, microphone, GPS or system calendar. IP-based approximate location used by advertising is separate from GPS permission.

Dates, times, shift-type references, text lengths and file size are validated before saving. Access to support materials received by the Company is limited to the scope needed for the work. Device locks and access controls at your chosen backup and sharing destinations help protect stored information.

7. Your rights and changes

You may contact dev@ibrdos.com to exercise applicable rights concerning personal information held by the Company, including access, correction, deletion, restriction and withdrawal of consent. An authorized representative may also make a request. The Company verifies only the information needed to process the request and responds under applicable law. For shift data not held by the Company, we explain how to manage it in the app or your chosen storage location.

You can also contact Korea's Privacy Infringement Report Center or Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee. Nalbeon is not designed or marketed primarily for children. A parent or guardian who believes a child's personal information was sent to the Company may request deletion or other applicable action.

Changes to information handling and their effective dates are announced in the app or on its information pages. Any change requiring new consent under applicable law follows that process.
