These terms govern Biulcut provided by IBRDOS Inc. ((주)아이비알도스, the “Company”). Contact: dev@ibrdos.com.
1. Service
Biulcut is a free app with advertising for reviewing your device's photos, choosing photos to keep or mark for deletion, and requesting deletion through the operating system after review. It supports recent photos, screenshots and monthly scopes, with progress and summaries stored locally. Review up to 30 photos per session and continue when you wish. No registration or Company server account is required.
Photo rights remain with their owners. The Company does not acquire ownership of your photos. Use the app only with photos you are entitled to access and delete.
2. Choices and actual deletion
Choosing Keep does not move or back up the original. Marking a deletion candidate does not immediately delete it. You review candidates in the app, confirm deletion and proceed through the operating system's confirmation process. Check originals and any separate backups before deleting important photos.
Actual deletion affects the operating system's library and may synchronize to other devices when a cloud-photo service is enabled. Recently Deleted, trash and recovery availability depend on that system or service; Biulcut does not recover photos. Resetting progress or undoing a choice does not reverse completed OS deletion.
Permission changes, editing or deletion outside the app, device conditions or network failures may interrupt work or prevent confirmation of a result. The app does not count unconfirmed items as successfully deleted. You can check the app's result and your system photo library.
3. Scope and limitations
Only photos permitted by the operating system can be displayed. Limited access and cloud-file availability affect which photos appear and how quickly they load. Screenshot classification relies on operating-system or album information and may vary by device.
Biulcut does not provide AI duplicate detection, automatic photo selection or deletion, photo recovery, compression or server backup. Counts describe results confirmed by the app; they do not guarantee immediately available storage or a particular cleanup benefit.
4. Advertising and external services
Biulcut includes Google AdMob advertising. Continuing photo organization does not require rewarded-ad viewing, and core features remain available when ads are unavailable. Advertising data handling and choices are described in the Privacy Policy. Operating systems, app stores, cloud-photo services and external websites apply their own terms and settings.
5. Proper use and responsibility
Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others' rights, interfere with security or generate fraudulent advertising activity.
The Company is responsible under applicable law and does not improperly exclude liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence. The app is designed to require your confirmation before requesting photo deletion. Responsibility for confirmed deletion, operating-system or cloud-service behavior, and device or account management is assessed according to the cause and applicable law. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
6. Changes and support
Important changes to features or terms are announced in the app or support pages. Separate consent is obtained where law requires it. You may stop using the service by uninstalling it; this does not undo completed photo deletion or change copies held by external services. Send inquiries or disputes to dev@ibrdos.com.
