Biulcut
Privacy policy
Effective date: September 19, 2026
IBRDOS Inc. ((주)아이비알도스, the “Company”) handles information in Biulcut as described below. Contact dev@ibrdos.com for privacy or support inquiries.
1. Photos and on-device records
Biulcut displays photos from the operating system's photo library within the access you grant, and helps you choose photos to keep or mark for deletion. For this purpose, it reads photo identifiers, library paths, filenames, dimensions, creation and modification times, favorite status and screenshot classification information. Monthly groups follow your device's date and time settings.
Current choices, identifiers and change-detection information for reviewed photos, progress summaries, language and appearance settings are stored in an on-device SQLite database. These records let you resume a session and distinguish reviewed photos. Photo originals are not stored in that database or uploaded to a Company server. The operating system or image-display library may use temporary caches when displaying photos.
Biulcut has no account registration, Company server synchronization, photo upload, face recognition, location analysis or AI duplicate-photo detection. Photos, photo identifiers, filenames and your choices are not added to advertising requests. The app does not operate a separate usage-analytics or crash-reporting server.
2. Library permission and cloud photos
Photo organization is the app's core function, so it requests access to read the photo library. Where supported by the operating system, you may grant access to all photos or only selected photos. Limited access displays only permitted photos. Denying or withdrawing access prevents the app from organizing inaccessible photos. You can change the scope in system settings.
On Android 11 and 12, the app uses storage-read permission for photos; later versions use image-read and selected-photo permissions. It does not request video, audio, camera or location permission. On iPhone, photo-library access is used to read photos and request deletion you have confirmed.
An original stored only in iCloud or another photo service may not be on the device. When you choose to load a photo, the operating system or your photo service may download it. Availability depends on the network and service settings. This is not photo collection or server synchronization by the Company. The photo service's settings and policies govern cloud storage and synchronization.
3. Deletion and retention
Swiping or marking a deletion candidate does not delete the photo. You review candidates and confirm in the app, then the operating system's confirmation process handles the deletion request. Cancelled or unconfirmed results are not counted as completed deletions. Library or permission changes can require another review.
Deletion affects the original photo library and may affect other devices through cloud-photo synchronization. Recently Deleted or trash availability, retention periods and recovery depend on the operating system and photo service. Biulcut provides no separate photo backup or recovery. The operating system also determines when freed storage is reflected.
You can remove progress records using the app's progress reset. Resetting progress does not delete photos or restore previously deleted photos. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data can remove local progress and settings. The Company provides no server backup. System backup and device transfers follow platform settings and do not constitute Biulcut account-based recovery or photo synchronization.
4. Advertising and privacy choices
Biulcut includes banner ads through Google AdMob's Google Mobile Ads SDK. You do not need to tap an ad or watch a rewarded ad to use photo organization.
The advertising SDK may process IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, ad impressions and responses, app interactions, diagnostic and performance information, and app- or device-related identifiers for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. Photo originals, photo-location information, filenames and organization choices are not provided to the advertising SDK.
The app requests non-personalized ads. On iOS, it checks Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) system permission before loading Google UMP or the advertising SDK or requesting ads. With permission, Google advertising services may process device and advertising information to deliver ads and measure their effectiveness. If permission is denied, restricted or unavailable, no ads are requested and the app’s core features remain available. Permission is checked again when returning from system settings. The Android AD_ID permission is removed. Android 13 and later restrict advertising-ID access without this permission; on Android 12L and earlier, advertising-ID processing may depend on operating-system and Google services settings. Non-personalized advertising does not eliminate all advertising SDK data processing after authorization.
Where applicable, Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) provides privacy choices. UMP processes device and regional information and choice interactions to provide and manage those forms. When available, you can review or change choices through advertising privacy in Settings. Photo organization remains available when ads cannot be requested.
SDK information is sent to Google services over encrypted connections and may be processed outside your country. See the Google Privacy Policy and information about apps using Google services for retention, deletion and rights. Uninstalling the app does not delete advertising data already transmitted.
5. Support and external links
For support, the Company uses your sender email address, message, attachments you choose and replies to handle the inquiry. Photos and library records are not attached automatically. You may use descriptions or fictional examples instead of personal photos. Inquiry information is deleted when its purpose ends, except where applicable law requires retention.
Policies and support documents can be read in the app. Opening a website or sending email involves the relevant website, browser or email service and its policies.
6. Protection and your rights
The app checks selection and access before requesting deletion and validates locally stored record formats. Access to inquiry information received by the Company is limited to necessary work. Review your device lock and access settings for photo and backup services as well.
Contact dev@ibrdos.com to request applicable rights, including access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent for personal information held by the Company. Authorized representatives may also make requests; only information needed to verify a request is checked. For photos and device records the Company does not hold, we explain how to manage them in the app or operating system.
Changes to this policy are announced with the effective date in the app or on this page. Important changes are announced before they apply.
