Terms of use

1. Operator and scope
These terms govern Ttakgap, provided by IBRDOS Co., Ltd. (주식회사 아이비알도스, the “Company”). Contact dev@ibrdos.com for service and terms questions. The separate Privacy Policy describes information processing.
2. Features and use
Ttakgap calculates unit prices from prices, amounts, units, pack quantities, buy-one-get-one and buy-two-get-one offers, and percentage discounts entered by the user. Current entries and saved comparisons can be reused on the device. It has no account creation, paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. Any separate carrier, device or app-store charges are governed by those providers’ terms.
The Company grants a non-exclusive right to use the app normally. It does not transfer ownership or trademark rights. Open-source components retain their respective licenses. Mandatory app-store terms and rights under applicable law continue to apply.
3. Inputs and comparison results
The entered price is the price of one pack. The amount is the amount in each individual item, and quantity is the number of items in that pack. A 1+1 offer means two identical packs for the price of one. A 2+1 offer means three identical packs for the price of two. A percentage discount applies to the total payable amount for that offer.
Mass (g and kg), volume (ml and L), and item counts are compared only within the same measurement category. The app does not convert between unrelated measurement categories or apply currency exchange rates. Results are mathematical comparisons of your entries; they do not guarantee actual retail prices, availability, offer eligibility or the lowest market price. Displayed results may be rounded for readability.
Shipping, deposits, separately charged taxes, memberships, conditional coupons and eligibility to combine offers are not automatically included. Confirm the actual purchase amount and product information with the retailer. Example products and prices explain how to enter a comparison. They are not product search results or live retail prices.
4. Device-local data
You can manage data using individual record deletion and full reset. Deletion cannot be undone, and the Company holds no recovery copy on a server. Device replacement, app removal, operating-system behavior and backup settings can affect your data.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to violate applicable laws or others’ rights, compromise service security, or artificially manipulate advertisement clicks or impressions. This does not restrict activities protected by applicable law.
6. Advertising and external services
Ttakgap displays a Google AdMob banner below comparison results. Availability depends on privacy choices and network conditions. You are not required to view or click ads. Advertised products and services are supplied by their advertisers, and transactions follow those providers’ terms. Displaying an ad does not mean the Company sells or endorses the advertised product.
7. Changes and responsibility
The Company may update or change the app for improvements, security, operating-system changes or reasonable operational reasons. Material changes affecting use will be communicated in the app or on an information page.
Review your entries when relying on a result. The Company remains responsible as required by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Terms updates and disputes
Changes to these terms and their effective date will be communicated in the app or on an information page. A separate consent procedure applies where required by law. Contact dev@ibrdos.com about service disputes. Applicable law and jurisdiction follow mandatory legal rules and the rules of the competent courts.
