Privacy policy

IBRDOS Co., Ltd. ((주)아이비알도스, “we”) handles information in Deunset as described below. Contact dev@ibrdos.com for privacy and service inquiries.
1. Workout records on your device
Deunset uses the exercises, routines, set weights and repetitions, completion times, workout start and finish times, and notes you enter to display your workout history and summaries. Your active workout, rest timer deadline, weight unit, language and appearance settings are also stored on your device. Native apps use an on-device SQLite database. Calendar dates are displayed in the device’s local time zone.
We do not collect workout records on a server or attach them to advertising requests. There are no accounts, company-server synchronization, or first-party analytics or crash reporting. The app does not obtain information from sensors, HealthKit, Health Connect, medical records, location or contacts. We do not use or sell body or workout information for advertising or marketing.
2. Sharing and backups you choose
A workout summary image includes its name, date, duration, completed sets and exercise summaries. Longer summaries are split into pages; image sharing sends the page you select. Images exclude personal notes. Text sharing includes all completed sets in that workout. Workout and exercise notes are added only when you enable the notes option.
A JSON backup includes settings, custom exercises, routines, completed workouts, the active workout and rest deadline, and all notes. It is a plain-text file without an app-applied password or encryption. Restore validates the file’s format, contents and size and, after confirmation, replaces all current app data with the backup. It does not merge records.
Sharing uses the operating system’s share sheet to send content to the app, file location or service you select. Restore reads the file you select in the system file picker. Copies sent to external services or cloud storage are subject to those providers’ terms. Cloud downloads in the file picker are also provided by your selected service. Shared records are not automatically sent to us.
The app keeps JSON and PNG sharing copies in a dedicated device cache. It manages the most recent 20 shared files, removing older copies when creating a new file. A cached copy made to read a restore file is deleted after reading. Cache is not permanent storage and may be removed by the operating system. Your original backup file and copies saved to external services remain in the locations you choose.
3. Retention and deletion
Records remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app’s data. Restoring a backup replaces current data. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data through the operating system also affects local records. Deleting records in the app does not delete exported images, text, JSON files or copies held by external services.
Android automatic app backup is disabled. On iOS, app data may be included in system backups or device transfers according to device and operating-system settings. This is not automatic iCloud synchronization provided by the app; Apple’s settings and terms apply. We provide no server backup or account-based recovery. You manage exported backups in their chosen storage locations.
4. Advertising and privacy choices
Deunset displays banner advertising through Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK. You do not have to watch or click an advertisement to use workout recording features.
Advertising services may use IP addresses and derived approximate location, ad impressions and interactions, app interactions, diagnostic and performance information, and app or device identifiers for ad delivery and measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. Exercise names, routines, weights, repetitions, workout times, notes and backup contents are not attached to ad requests.
The app requests non-personalized ads. It does not request access to the iOS advertising identifier (IDFA) or permission to track across apps and websites. Android is configured without use of the advertising ID. These settings do not eliminate all data processing by advertising SDKs. Test ads can also communicate with Google services.
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) may present privacy choices according to your region and applicable requirements. Where applicable, you can review or change your choices under advertising privacy in Settings. If ad requests are not permitted, the app does not request ads; workout recording remains available.
The advertising SDK sends relevant information to Google services, which may process it internationally. Processing and deletion are described in the Google Privacy Policy and Google’s information for apps using its services. Uninstalling the app does not delete advertising information already transmitted.
5. Support and external links
If you email dev@ibrdos.com, we use your sender address, message, attachments you choose to provide and our correspondence to respond to your inquiry. Workout records and backups are not attached automatically. You may use examples instead of personal health information or private notes.
We delete inquiry information when its purpose is complete, except where retention is required by law. Uninstalling the app does not delete email already sent. Policy and support documents are available inside the app. If you open an external link, visit our website or send email, the website, browser or email service handles its communications under its own terms.
6. Permissions and safeguards
File restoration uses the system file picker and sharing uses the system share sheet. The app does not request health-data, sensor, photo-library, camera, microphone, contacts, GPS or notification permissions. IP-based approximate location in advertising is separate from GPS permission.
The app checks data formats, numeric and text limits, references and storage size before saving. Access to support information we receive is limited to work-related needs. Device locks and the access settings of backup and sharing destinations help protect your records.
7. Your rights and policy changes
You may contact dev@ibrdos.com to exercise applicable rights concerning personal information we hold, including access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and withdrawal of consent. An authorized representative may also contact us. We request only information needed to verify the request and respond under applicable law. For workout records we do not hold, we can explain how to manage them in the app or your own storage location.
In Korea, assistance is also available from the Privacy Infringement Report Center and Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee. Deunset is not designed or marketed primarily for children. A guardian who believes a child has supplied personal information to us may request deletion.
We announce changes to information handling and their effective date in the app or on the information page. Where law requires new consent, we follow that process.
