Terms of use

These terms govern the Chodaedam app and public invitation pages provided by IBRDOS Inc. ((주)아이비알도스, the “Company”). Contact: dev@ibrdos.com
1. The service
Chodaedam combines a title, message, date and time, place and optional photo into an invitation. Drafts are stored on your device. Publishing creates a public link that others can view in a browser. Invitations made with the new version can be updated at the same link or deleted using management information held on the creating device.
Fees, bank names and account numbers are text entered by the author. The Company does not verify account ownership or balances, process payments or money transfers, confirm reservations, collect attendance responses or operate events. Authors are responsible for checking the dates, locations, costs and actual event arrangements they publish.
2. Public access and content rights
Anyone with a published invitation or image link can view it without signing in. Links may be forwarded, previewed, saved or captured through other services. Do not treat them as password-protected or private storage.
You must have the necessary rights to publish your photos and text and a lawful basis for disclosing other people’s personal information or likenesses. Your content remains yours or its rightful owner’s. The Company may process it as needed to provide the storage, resizing and format conversion, public display, sharing, editing, deletion and service protection you request.
Do not publish or distribute unlawful material, content that infringes privacy or other rights, impersonation, fraud, spam, malicious code, sexual exploitation material or content that harms others. Do not bypass service limits or attempt to obtain control of someone else’s invitation.
3. Management information and deletion
No account registration is required. A management key held in secure storage on the creating device establishes control of each new invitation. It is not included in the public link. Losing app data or the key may prevent you from editing or deleting the invitation from that device. There is no account-based draft synchronization or automatic recovery of management rights.
When you delete a published invitation in the app, it is removed from your list after the server confirms deletion. If a network error prevents completion, the public link may remain accessible; check the result. Deletion cannot recall copies already saved by others, messaging previews or search-engine caches.
Public links created with the former “초대장 만들기 - SUPEREASY PROJECT” app remain in use. Those invitations predate the new management-key system. Their history is not automatically restored into the new app, and the new management rights are not automatically granted. To request deletion of an older invitation or one whose management access was lost, or to report a rights violation, email its link and the reason to dev@ibrdos.com. The Company may check the information reasonably needed to verify the request and relevant rights.
4. Advertising and connectivity
The app includes Google AdMob banner ads. Creating invitations does not require tapping ads or agreeing to advertising privacy choices. Advertising and information handling are explained in the Privacy Policy.
Draft creation and editing work offline. Publishing, updating or deleting server content and viewing public links require an internet connection and may incur carrier charges. Services you open, such as messaging, browsers, maps or email, are governed by their own terms.
5. Service protection and changes
The Company may restrict access to content or use of the service as reasonably necessary to address unlawful content, rights complaints, security threats or excessive load. Questions and objections can be sent to dev@ibrdos.com. Reasons for action will be explained where permitted by law and urgent security needs.
Maintenance, outages, network conditions or improvements may temporarily interrupt features. Important changes or discontinuation will be announced in the app or on the service information pages. Free public links are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely or without interruption.
The Company remains responsible as required by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Changes and disputes
Changes to these terms and their effective date will be announced in the app or on the service information pages. Separate consent will be requested where required. Parties should first try to resolve disputes through discussion; otherwise, applicable jurisdiction and procedures apply. Korean law governs without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
